About Key Doctor

Key Doctor is a small, hands-on team — and that's deliberate. Every customer who comes through our door deals directly with the people doing the actual work, not a call centre or a rotating cast of technicians. Out front, our sales lady handles reception and keeps things running smoothly; behind that, it's just myself and one other technician handling the programming and module removal itself. Nothing gets handed off or outsourced.

We work exclusively from our workshop at 57 President Paul Kruger Street, Polokwane, and we don't offer call-outs. That's a practical decision, not a limitation — all of our equipment lives here, and key and ECU work depends on having the right tool at hand the moment you need it. A call-out means running back and forth every time something's missing from the van. Working from one fixed location means every job gets our full equipment and full attention, every time.

While we work on all vehicle makes, we've built particular depth with BMW, Mercedes-Benz and VW — brands known for giving other locksmiths trouble, and exactly the ones we're set up to handle properly.

At the end of the day, it comes down to trust, honesty and reliability. You're handing us the keys to your vehicle — literally — and we don't take that lightly.
